General Fabrication

We offer general fabrication services in our workshop, successfully executing large and small steel fabrication jobs from drawings or a complete design package (by a contractor) with a third party inspection. Thanks to our ± 1000m² workshop area with lifting capabilities of up to 30 tons, we are capable of undertaking medium to heavy engineering, reconditioning and pressure testing. We recondition and refurbish in all types of materials including steel, copper, and brass based on customer requirements.

Our general fabrication services include:
• Plate rolling, cutting and bending
• Tube bending: U-tubes for heat exchangers
• Welding of most materials

Reconditioning: pressure equipment rectification
We are able to recondition and refurbish previously used pressure equipment to high standards for safe and effective reuse. We thoroughly inspect the pressure equipment to reveal any weakness or defects, and then use our vast experience, expertise and resources to rectify the equipment to the absolute satisfaction of approved inspection authorities.

Design drawings inspection
To ensure that pressure vessels are designed meticulously and to the highest level of compliance, we offer a design drawings inspection service that our clients can count on. While keeping best practice and regulatory considerations in mind, we carefully inspect design drawings to ensure the accuracy and compliance of each element of the design by using state-of-the-art inspection and measuring software and equipment, so that the end product is certain to be a success.
